Why Dutch Offshore
Dutch Offshore supplies crawler cranes, spider cranes, MEWPs, forklifts, heavy-lift barges, and DP2 vessels with grab cranes — all backed by 24/7 service.
Step 1 – Consultation & Mobilisation Planning
We begin by understanding your operational goals, technical requirements, and site-specific challenges. Whether it’s an offshore heavy lift, cable lay support, or barge mobilisation, our team works closely with you to define the project scope, performance criteria, and timeline. We identify the right combination of equipment and personnel, and prepare all necessary documentation — including method statements, risk assessments, logistics plans, and lifting studies. Mobilisation planning also includes transport coordination, site or yard preparation, and compliance with client and regulatory standards.
Step 2 – Certified Equipment Selection
Step 3 – Crew Deployment & 24/7 Availability
Step 4 – On-Site Operations & Support
Operations begin with full alignment on safety procedures, lifting plans, and technical execution. Our team works according to standards such as EN13852-2, LOLER, and PUWER, ensuring compliance and safety at every step. We integrate seamlessly with client systems and workflows, and adapt to offshore, nearshore, or port-based sites. From lifts and movements to logistics and HSE reporting, every detail is logged and communicated clearly. Our 24/7 support remains active throughout execution.
Step 5 – Maintenance & Quality Assurance
Throughout the project, we carry out preventive maintenance and routine checks on all deployed equipment. This includes function tests, hydraulic checks, structural inspections, and software updates. All actions are documented within our SHE-Q system, in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Whether on-site or at our certified facilities, maintenance is planned to avoid downtime and keep your operation running. Repairs, replacements, and inspections are conducted swiftly and transparently.
Step 6 – Demobilisation & Ongoing Support
After project completion, we handle full demobilisation — including lifting, disconnection, cleaning, sea fastening (if needed), and return transport. We finalise all post-project deliverables such as equipment logs, repair records, and safety reports. Even after handover, we remain available for technical advice, urgent mobilisations, or future scopes. As a committed offshore partner, we ensure clean closure and continuous support — wherever and whenever needed.
